The Mindbody Strength Method
taking you from frustration to freedom
My goal as a coach is to help you feel empowered, confident, and ready to tackle your career without the need for ongoing coaching. I want to equip you with the self-knowledge and tools necessary to be resilient and make positive changes independently. Throughout our 6 months working together, you’ll move through six phases to build the skills to embody authentic self-confidence and become resilient to whatever life throws your way.

Instead of staying stuck in general frustration and self-doubt spirals, let’s figure out specifically what is and isn’t working when it comes to your mindset and stress management. This way, we know how to make the most of our time together.

Build a foundation for confidence and resilience by clarifying who you are. Create a language around your identity, strengths, and values so that you know what YOU bring to the table and can begin to separate your self-worth from external validation.

Our thoughts don’t have to work against us. Learn tools to help you rewire your thought patterns and rewrite your self-talk using research-backed tools. Let your brain become your greatest superpower.

Apply your skills and embody a growth mindset. Learn to give yourself feedback that is helpful rather than hurtful so that you can maintain motivation despite obstacles or setbacks.

Create your individualized method by trying on tools, experimenting with the process, and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Craft your performance strategy so that you have a plan of action pre, during, and post-performance.

Now that your blockers have been addressed and confidence has been established, reconnect with your joy by creating a roadmap for your future that aligns with your strengths, values, and goals.

Twelve, 60-minute 1 on-1 coaching sessions via zoom so that you get personalized guidance
Two, 30-minute quarterly check in sessions
6 month access to my coaching hub and resource library so that you can continue learning outside our sessions
6 months of messaging/check-ins for added accountability & support

We'll use the hour minutes to address any continued mental or physical elements that are highjacking your performance confidence, pinpoint action steps for achieving your goals, & give you tangible action steps for you to take post-session.
